Certified Mastectomy Fitter - Retail

Pink Ribbon Boutique has been helping women with their breast surgery journeys for over 18 years. We specialize in certified breast prosthesis and bra fittings and post surgical recovery care. Now under new ownership, we are looking to modernize and expand our business to be able to support more women on their path to their best selves.

We are seeking a Retail SalesPerson and Mastectomy Fitter to help us grow and support our mission of empowering women to feel beautiful and strong in their own bodies. You will represent our company and provide exceptional customer care at all times, helping customers make informed decisions.   • Help women navigate and understand components of their mastectomy journey with compassion, confidence and positivity
  • Deliver superior customer experiences by developing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and helping with product selection
  • Proactively schedule customer appointments to meet revenue targets and manage appointment calendar for the shop
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards both on retail floor and off
  • Develop a deep knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming product
  • Answering customer questions via phone, email, social media
  • Keeping knowledge up-to-date of all collections, product information, promotions, and seasonal programs at all times
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
  • Team Player
  • Understanding of the “cancer journey” and the medical implications of it including how to manage beyond diagnosis
  • Experience in customer service or medical care
  • Ability to see the “big picture” and help grow the business
Mastectomy Fitter Certification will be required. We will provide paid training and assistance in certification.

  • 3 years retail or direct customer service experience OR experience in a medical care setting (nursing, patient support)

This position is for a Part-Time role at an hourly rate of $20 depending on experience, plus bonus.
